Process
1 | DISCOVER
All of our projects begin with a discovery phase in which we learn as much as we can about you and your business, your current situation and your plans for the future. We listen to your description of the assignment and we combine what we've heard with our own learnings to create a Project Brief that is reviewed, reworked as necessary and approved by all stakeholders. The brief will serve as an objective baseline for our creative explorations and it will be the yardstick by which we measure our success. |
2 | DESIGN
Most jobs will then proceed to a creative stage in which all ideas are explored and the best are presented for review and discussion. In some cases, design will be preceded by strategy work to define the mission, vision, and values upon which visual expression is based. The complexity of the assignment will dictate the degree of exploration and finish for reviews and presentations. We revisit the objective criteria from the Discovery phase and we measure our progress against the goals that are set forth in the Project Brief. |
3 | DELIVER
Once we have your approval, we proceed to the implementation, production and testing stages in which we bring form and function to our ideas and we stress test our solutions for your final sign off. All jobs are monitored for scheduling and budgetary performance and changes are communicated in a clear and timely manner. |
